We are excited for the NY premiere of Lea Kalischś new film A Tango for Rachel (2025) at this yearś Yiddish New York. Joanna Spyra interviews Kalisch in the current edition of In geveb, the pioneering online Yiddish studies journal, and so we find out that Leaś experience at YNY was an inspiration for the film.
